I'd really recommend a 13 paragon and 2 Rift blade combination... legendary rising waterfall hits really hard, and for warlord it's better get stats out of weapon familiarity and grace of the 5 rings, the only thing rift blade really gives you in terms of increasing damage in Warlord is legendary ic...
