If you do alot of Dungeons and RR on your RS,
consider 17Tactican with Conservation of energy.

You are now able to use Rift Disturbance 24/7 (effectively cheaper than Planar Strike) and a lot more Torrents for broken ranged threat while keeping the energy up for the healing boni at all times.
Though losing the Guarded Steel spam for some st potential, being able to use Disturbance & Torrent more liberately is a big deal.
40RS' bonus thread makes Torrent a ranged threat monster.
- Keep up alibi plane shifts mainly for crits.
- Rift Disturbance
- Curative Core/Empyrean bolt to top up people.
- Cleanse from Tactician.
Absolute monster from when SPE were more popular but it's still a blast.
Nmr6 & Spe is where it explodes but it's flexible enough to turn everything into a hyperactive speedrun fest.
Whenever dps gear+ Berzerker trinket is enough (Literaly anything but Isiel&Arakhurn), the 17Tact generation performs.
Great to embrace the RS teleport nature to the max.
