VERY(!) expensive artifacts?

I'm wondering, why is it that some artifacts in the Auction House are so expensive?

I mean, I can imagine that you have to go through a lot of effort in reaching some of these, jumping, climbing, diving, missing and trying again.
And of course, that will determine the price. So I understand prices like 100, 500 or even 1500 plat for an artifact.
But 20k? 35k? Why? What makes them so expensive?

The price of a lot of items has gone up especially since a platinium farming exploit has been revealed to the public from a Youtube video.

taking advantage of the subject, I bought some vials in callwedi, to look for artifacts, nightmare, burning, Poison, I used nightmare in VP but I didn't find anything, is there a specific map to use these specific vials?

Yes, there are poison/burning/nightmare artifacts in Gloamwood, Stonefield and in the Planetouched Wilds. You can always check if your area has these kinds of artifacts by looking at their achievements: if it doesn't have any achievement for that, then it doesn't have any of them^^
