To teleport to the puzzle you will need "Call of Calweddi" teleport, that can only be obtained by completing Calweddi puzzle in PTW.

In theory you could do the puzzle for artifacts without completing the Calweddi itself (need more testing for that)
But for those who already have the Calweddi achievement, this is a different way to farm unstable artifacts.
One Unstable puzzle box cost is 500 plat.
I bought 30 boxes that would be 15k plat.
I was able to complete 30 puzzles in 1 hour, averaging 2 minutes for 1 puzzle.

You can catch the squirrel with any catcher. I used 15 common, 5 uncommon, 5 rare and 5 epic catchers.
From 30 Unstable Loot Cache's I got this many artifacts:
1. Common - 186
2. Uncommon - 62
3. Rare - 24
4. Epic - 14
So it's fair to say that it doesn't matter what kind of catcher you use.
If you want to sell the epic artifacts it's a good plat.
I checked the AH for those 14 epic artifacts and potentially I would get 160k plat. (That is the price that AH suggested)
This type of artifact farming is boring for sure, but with some music or some other stuff in the background it's not that hard.
Even though it was 15k plat to buy 30 boxes, for people who already have some epics collected, you will get your money back 5x just by selling the ones you already have.
At some point I will test if you can complete the puzzle with your alt, without having the Calweddi completed. Because the Unstable Cashes are bound to account you can send them to your main.
