Resource Tracker Addon Files for 4.0 (SFP)

Hey there, with the main forums being down, we lost access to the SFP data for the Resource Tracker Addon.
Here are those files. You can just copy and paste the data in the ResourceTracker folder and it should allow you to start tracking SFP materials.
