Play: The Kalert is highly recommended for this spec. Put Rift Burst and Burst Synergy on your bar. You are not going to use those buttons, it's more for making sure they both go off at the same time. Place I'm With You! on your bar to use before fights to get 3 AP. To start you want to hit deep breaths then Frost Strike, then ST Spam. The kalert will pop up telling you the CD for Rift burst and burst synergy. Wait till they are at 3 secs then switch to ST Builder. That will put flame spear on target and build 3 AP. Once you have both 3 AP and Burst is off CD then switch back to ST Spam. Rinse and repeat.

AoE Play: Use AoE Spam on furthest target away. Build 3 AP then use AoE Finisher. Rinse and repeat.

P.S. Only good when you have the weapon proc.

So I bugged Shave today, and he tweaked my warrior and setup to this. I was doing 550-650 in Warlord but with INSANE (tank like) surviveability. My gear is high enough to run this spec (Pre IROTP gear and no BOS). I am mostly in VP stuff, but trinket is terribad. All this to say, is after a bit of tweking which Shave put on here already, I ended up north of 800+ on solo practice dummy. If you are looking for AOE it is not bad for a warrior but single target is Rocking it out with good survivability. I am a tank kind of guy generally, so I LEROY JENKINS A LOT, and I was able to stay alive with this RB spec. It does generate a lot of noise (like the mage ELE/Pyro spec) in a standard chat, so make you a new chat to have only the stuff you care about. That way you can block out the noise and the 1-29 chat like me!

Pick different runes for your one handers, because 2 of the same give no benefit. I will be perusing recipes to find something to replace the starfall on my EOA blade.
And as we all have heard CRIT POWER is KEY to bigger numbers.

Suggestions moving forward
mention the different runes for morons like me.
Set a minimum to target Crit power (i.e. 3000 - 6000) for this to be effective (knowing it is 200 DRRs for each essence drop)
Mention why it is important for the frost spear and fire be going a the same time, and how to remedy when they get off synch.
usually I just hit builders until they both drop, then resume the rotation.
This is a decent ranged spec as well (range only drops your DPS by 35% or so, but still as respectable as any other I have tried ranged).
